Ordering
How do I place an order?
You can order directly through our website by adding products to your cart and checking out, or message us on WhatsApp and we'll help you place your order.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us on WhatsApp as soon as possible. We can make changes or cancel the order as long as it has not yet been prepared or dispatched.
Do you accept cash on delivery / card payments / other methods?
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders placed within Lebanon. You can contact us on whatsapp if you prefer whish payment.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes — orders above $100 qualify for free delivery within Lebanon.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically delivered within 2–4 business days within Lebanon. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, weekends, holidays, or circumstances outside our control.
What areas do you deliver to?
We currently deliver across Lebanon, including Beirut, Mount Lebanon, Bekaa, North Lebanon, South Lebanon, and surrounding areas.
How much does delivery cost for orders under $100?
Delivery fees depend on your location and will be communicated or displayed at checkout before your order is confirmed.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange a product?
Because our products are personal-care and beauty products, we prioritize hygiene and customer safety. Returns or exchanges are not accepted as we cannot guarantee that the products are unused, unopened, and in their original condition. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to discuss an eligible return or exchange.
Opened or used beauty, skincare, lip, body, hair, or tanning products generally cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
What if my product arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and send us clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will review the issue and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or another appropriate solution.
Product Use & Safety
Do I need to patch test before using a product?
Yes — we strongly recommend it. Before applying any product to your skin, apply a small amount to a small patch of skin and wait to check for any irritation or sensitivity. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Product suitability can vary from person to person. If you have sensitive or reactive skin, we recommend checking the individual product description, reviewing its ingredients where available, and performing a patch test before use. If you're unsure which product is right for you, contact us and we'll be happy to help.
Are your products cruelty-free / natural / dermatologist-tested?
Our products may differ in their formulation, ingredients, and testing standards. We do not make blanket claims that all One96one Beauty products are natural, cruelty-free, or dermatologist-tested unless this is specifically confirmed for the individual product. Please refer to each product page for the most accurate information.
How should I store my products?
Unless otherwise stated on the individual product, store your products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat. Keep products properly closed when not in use and follow any specific storage instructions provided on the packaging.
